Soon after registration in year 2013 the trust purchased an ambulance and established an office in the main village ( Zarbab Ghari) of the union council . The office has been equipped with water proof tents,veils,chairs,pedestals fans & crockery items for near 300 hundreds persons.The services rendered by the trust were so marvelous that prompted the sponsors to establish a similar office with the same facilities at the other corner of the union council. For the purpose an office was hired in the main village Haji Abad umerzai. The newly established office is also providing the facilities to peripheral areas of the adjacent union council. The success of these centers has further inspired the sponsors and with an a year four more centers were established with almost same facilities. Presently these centers are providing facilities to 40,000 rural population. The details of the centers are as under :

Each center is maintaining records of all beneficiaries . As per record each ambulance is handling three emergencies each day. Most beneficiaries were women who were in family way or poor aged people were unable to reach hospitals for medical check up similarly 60,000 has been so far benefited from other services of the trust.
